Full-Time Employees: Regular full-time employees earn paid vacation time based on years of service:

Part-Time Employees: Regular, part-time employees accrue paid vacation time based on hours worked.
Flex Time Off: Certain management and exempt professional-level employees are eligible for this program. Flex Time Off combines vacation and all incidental short-term absences related to illness, bereavement, and jury duty.
Accrual of sick time is determined in accordance with applicable state and local laws. For specific information regarding accrual rates, eligibility, and usage, please refer to the Employee Handbook and your applicable State Addendum.
Part-time employees will receive holiday pay based on their normal hours of work. Millennium Health observes the following paid holidays:
