2026 Open Enrollment

It’s time to take action!

Make Your Benefit Elections from
November 10 – 21, 2025

Open Enrollment is your once-a-year chance to evaluate your changing needs and update your benefits elections for the upcoming year. We encourage everyone to take this time to ensure your benefits are the right fit for you and your family.

This year, we’re focusing on Mental Health, Convenience of Health, and Preventive Health—three pillars that promote balance, accessibility, and proactive care.

We’re also excited to share several new enhancements designed to support your well-being, simplify your healthcare experience, and help you get the most value from your coverage. Whether you’re exploring new virtual care options or looking for ways to maximize your savings, this year’s updates have something for everyone.

Understanding the Health Savings Account (HSA)

The Basic and Enhanced High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with Health Savings Account (HSA) are two smart and flexible PPO medical plans that can help you save money while still getting top-notch healthcare. Here’s why you should consider enrolling in one of these options:

  • Company Contributions: Millennium Health will add funds directly to your HSA, giving you a head start. These contributions can be used for current medical expenses or saved for the future, and they roll over year after year. It’s like having a personal healthcare fund that grows over time.
  • Free Preventive Care: Stay healthy without worrying about costs. All preventive services—like routine checkups, vaccinations, and screenings—are covered at 100%. You can take care of yourself and your family without any out-of-pocket expenses for these important services.
  • More Take-Home Pay: HDHPs have lower premiums, so you’ll keep more money in your paycheck. Pair this with the tax advantages of the HSA and the company’s contributions, and you’re set up for significant savings.
  • Tax-Free Savings: Contributions to your HSA are tax-free, grow tax-free, and can be spent tax-free on qualified medical expenses. It’s a triple-tax advantage! Plus, the money in your HSA is yours to keep forever—even if you change jobs or retire. You can use it to pay for medical expenses now or save it for future healthcare needs, including in retirement.

Health Savings Account (HSA): Contributions cannot exceed the annual IRS maximums. In 2026, the IRS maximum for individual coverage is $4,400 and for family coverage is $8,750. If you are age 55 or over, you may contribute an additional $1,000.

Your 401(k) Match

All employees (18 years and older) are automatically enrolled and contribute 4% of their pay. To support you in your retirement goals, Millennium Health matches your contribution, dollar for dollar, up to 2% of your eligible compensation. To make changes and/or update your beneficiaries, please visit www.401k.com.

401(k) Retirement Account: For 2026 you can contribute up to $24,500 to your 401(k). If you are age 50 or older, you may make a catch-up contribution of another $8,000. Take some time to review your 401(k) contributions and prepare to make updates in January for the new calendar year.

What Can You Do During Open Enrollment?

Your current elections, such as medical, dental, vision, and voluntary benefits, will automatically roll over to the next plan year. However, you MUST actively enroll if you want to:

  • Enroll in benefits for the first time.
  • Make changes to your benefits.
  • Add or drop dependents from coverage.
  • Contribute to a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA).

After Open Enrollment ends, you won’t be able to make changes to your coverage until the next Open Enrollment period (unless you have a qualifying life event, such as marriage or the birth of a child).

Even if you do not need to enroll, take time during Open Enrollment to review and update your personal information, such as your email, phone number, and address for 2025 W2s, as well as your beneficiaries for your life insurance and 401(k).
