Paid Time Off

Millennium Health recognizes the value of balancing work and life. You receive several forms of time off to ensure you get the rest and/or relaxation you need.

Vacation

Regular full-time employees earn paid vacation time based on years of service:

1 – 5	15 days per year	4.62 hours per week	23 days / 180 hours
5 – 10	20 days per year	6.15 hours per week	30 days / 240 hours
10+	22 days per year	6.76 hours per week	33 days / 264 hours

Part-Time Employees: Regular, part-time employees accrue paid vacation time based on hours worked. Flex Time Off: Certain management and exempt professional-level employees are eligible for this program. Flex Time Off combines vacation and all incidental short-term absences related to illness, bereavement, and jury duty.

Sick Leave

Employees receive sick leave at a rate of 1 hour for each 30 hours worked, up to a cap of 80 hours.

Company Paid Holidays

Part-time employees will receive holiday pay based on their normal hours of work. Millennium Health observes the following paid holidays:

• Day After Thanksgiving
• Christmas Eve
